This restaurant is a voyage into a contemporary and traditional Maltese gastronomy. Recipes inherited by our ancestors complimented and interpreted with what the locals love today. Dedicated to the memories of the past days together with my brothers in Ħal Tarxien at my grandma Rożarja’s or as the locals called her, ‘Is-Soli’.
